Frequently asked questions

How does per-rep billing work?

Each active representative on your account requires one subscription. Reps can be added or removed at any time. Billing is monthly and managed securely through Stripe.

Can we mix subscription tiers across our rep team?

Not in the current MVP — all reps on a supplier account share the same subscription tier. This may change in future updates.

What happens when a booking is cancelled?

Cancelled slots are re-released to eligible suppliers. Higher-tier subscribers get first access before the slot becomes visible to Standard tier subscribers.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No. All plans are monthly. You can add or remove reps and upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. VetAccess never stores your card details.
