How does per-rep billing work?

Each active representative on your account requires one subscription seat. The number of seats is set at checkout based on your active rep count. Billing is monthly and managed securely online.

Can we add or remove representatives?

Yes. Reps can be deactivated to remove their access while preserving booking history and notes. To adjust your seat count, contact hello@vetaccess.com.au.

What happens when a booking is cancelled?

When a clinic cancels a booking, the appointment slot becomes available again to eligible representatives in that territory.

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No. All plans are monthly with no lock-in. You can adjust your team at any time.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. VetAccess never stores your card details.
